 Donny is the owner and broker of Charleston Online Realty. Donny has been a fulltime real estate appraiser and licensed broker since the early 1980's. He has been involved in the development and ownership of many different types of real estate projects including Charleston Center Village Apartments, Oakes Village Apartments, Southpointe Village Subdivision and Roxalana Business Park within the area. His direct involvment included initial project layout and design, construction development & cost management and he continues to be actively involved in other projects including a new triplex he is designing and building again at Southpointe Village. His unique accounting background has increased his understanding of complex real estate. Commercial investment properties often are complex and it takes the right experience to advise you properly. He brings deep experinece to real estate brokerage services and appraisals. Donny also headed the Strategic Planning committee as a board member for the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors for two years. During his chairmanship, Buyers Brokerage was started in the Kanawha Valley in the early 1980's due to his commitment for proper buyer representation. In recent years, he has been busy with very large scale appraisal projects for the State of West Virginia and the Federal Government including roadway projects with the West Virginia Department of Highways and the Marmet Lock Replacement Project in lower Belle, West Virginia for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Donny is presently a "Certified General" real estate appraiser in Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and West Virginia, and his certification is pending in Virginia.
